陈博士您好！我现上大学二年级（非211大学），只有2个学期的成绩，会计专业。我正在准备向维也纳大学递交材料，请问：
1、所需材料为：①高中毕业证 ②高考成绩 ③大学在读证明 ④大学成绩单 ⑤大学录取通知书 ⑥APS证书 ⑦护照复印件，所有材料均进行了双认证（中国外交部和奥地利使馆），以上材料齐全了吗？
2、从维大网站上看到上述材料还需要中国教育部的认证，是这样吗？

这是我从维也纳大学网站上的招生要求上摘录的，我申请BACHELOR学位
Applicants from countries that have not concluded a bilateral convention with Austria or are not part of the Hague convention (and are thus not mentioned in 1. and 2.) need to hand in fully legalized documents. For the respective document you need the legalisation from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country. With thus legalised documents you turn to the Austrian embassy or consulate in the issuing country.
