切小点，炒着吃好吃吧。
去买那种深绿的青椒，土耳其店都有卖的，
青椒和鸡心切成细条状，用酱油和姜粉还有香油把切好的鸡心腌10分钟再炒，这样比较入味，还去腥味。炒得比较熟了再放青椒。起锅就可以吃了。
不知道楼主能吃辣不，能吃的话这个菜还挺下饭的。

yeah....我常在handeski那里买青椒..就那个还有点味道...刚好就这么打算的..看来方向对了啊....了解了解...多谢多谢......

将鸡心切片,平铺在烤盘上,撒上盐,糖,和白酒.放入烤箱.15到20分钟左右吧,再放上孜然烤到熟了为止.味道不错.
