我是在瑞典学习的一名中国学生，今年10月要去奥地利交换一年，我从奥地利驻瑞典大使馆申请签证。我想问一下银行存单是否可以用英语的（瑞典这边的银行无德语版的银行存单）？
还有一条是Proof of a health insurance ("travel health insurance") valid from entry to the beginning of your studies in Austria or to the beginning of your student insurance. The application for a student insurance with the Austrian national health insurance carrier (Gebietskrankenkasse) has to be proved upon request of the Austrian authority.

这个旅行保险要提供多长的时间？学生保险要到了奥地利以后才能办，我怎么在申请签证时证明我能够签学生保险？
