PO Specialist


Main Responsibilities:

– Receiving PO from customers and make PO confirmation
– Organize internal PO review procedure and acceptance procedure
– Regular communication with customers for information release, problem solving and etc
– PO end to end fulfilment procedure monitoring and data analysis
– Report to supply chain manager


Requirements:

– Degree holder in computer, economics, logistics, commerce or trade (graduates are also welcomed);
– Working experience in logistic , telecom, finance industry is an advantage;
– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint;
– Passionate self-motivated and detail-focused, result-oriented, and flexible;
– Basic information of international business, trade, commerce ;
– Be skilled in computer operation, especially MS Office ;
– Good command of German and English as working language, speaking Chinese preferred but not a must

Contract Manager



Main Responsibilities:


– Monitor and manage contract fulfillment, supporting information inquiry and contract deviation issues handling, providing one-stop information service from PO to Cash.
– Manage the contract amendment, claim handling, risk control, contract closure, acting as customer interface.
– Data analysis of the whole contract fulfillment procedure to locate problems and developing solutions for KPI improvements;
– Identify the contractual clauses to be improved and support pre-sales negotiation to avoid further risks.

Requirements:
– Valid work permit in Austria
– Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in computer, telecommunication, electronics, or engineering field, economics, international business, international trade, law,
– Fluent in English and German; Command of Chinese will be preferred
– At least four years’ experience in business management, contract management, project cost contrl, project management or equivalent. Or relavant industry sales, contract business, law, international trade.
– Well understanding of common law or case law, or other international contract terms and conditions such as FIDIC. Knowledge in telecom sector would be a priority selection.
– Excellent in organizing,coordinating and communication.Team player and willing to work hard.

Logistics Specialist


Main Responsibilities:

– End to End logistic flow monitoring and coordinating to maintain high customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and on- time delivery
– Warehousing management, including inbound, outbound, system operations
– Tracking report maintenance and information release
– Monitoring the performance of LSP and payment requests handling
– Project based investigation of the logistic environment and policy
– Report to Supply Chain Manager

Requirements:

– Valid work permit in Austria
– Bachelor or higher degree in logistics, economics or trade
– Familiar with customs clearance procedures and policies
– Working experience in the telecom industry or in logistics environment preferred
– Excellent collaboration attitude and communication skills
– Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
– Fluent in English and German, command of Chinese preferred
