询问关于关键人才签证

我想请问申请关键人才签证一定要本人在奥地利提交吗？
如果是的话，那么我等待的6周时间一定得在当地停留咯？

我现在人在北京，可能需要先办理一个旅游签证过去，然后再办理工作签证。
请问这样会不会造成麻烦？旅游转工作会不会有移民倾向。

在维也纳有可以帮我出示邀请函的接收公司，请问我这样的情况，如何办理比较合适？

不！关键人才居留是雇佣单位为你申请，只需要你的一切材料就行了。

谢谢，那就是说我人可以在北京，只要把材料给雇佣单位，他们就可以帮我申请了，然后我拿到结果后再去北京的大使馆？

我是从德国转过来的，公司要了下面的文件：
> + a passport photo (please note the Austrian passport photo criteria explained at Http://www.passbildkriterien/österreich.at)
> + a copy of your valid passport (valid for at least another 1 1/2 year!)
> + Copy of your German Residence Approval and Work Permit Approval
> + a curriculum vitae
> + Copy of appostilled Birth Certificate in form of an legally attested German translation
> + Confirmation of Registration in Germany
> + Original official police clearance certificate of Germany
> + Copies of your diplomas (university diploma, special trainings, letter of reference from your previous employer,...), especially university diplomas in form of legally attested German translations
要了我老婆的：
> + Copies of valid passports (valid for at least another 1 1/2 year!)
> + Copies of German Residence Approvals
> + Copies of appostilled Birth Certificates in form of an legally attested German translation
> + Confirmations of Registration in Germany
> + Original official police clearance certificate of Germany, for married partners only, not necessary for children
> + Copy of marriage certificate
