关于博士博士签证所需材料的问题

大家好，小弟7月份要到维也纳读博士，现在对于签证材料有些问题，希望大家指点一下

下面是对方秘书给我发的申请签证所需要的材料清单
• application (Antrag)
• integration agreement (Integrationsvereinbarung)
• passport photograph
• copy of birth certificate (a certified translation into German can be made at the Austrian Embassy)
• copy of marriage certificate (+ translation)
• passport + copy of passport
• proof of accommodation (tenancy agreement ="Mietvertrag")
• proof of payment of rent (="Nachweis der Mietzahlung")
• invitation as a guest researcher (="Aufnahmevereinbarung") - which I will organize for you. The "Aufnahmevereinbarung" is good for proof of health insurance and income. Please attach the following page, showing that GMI is a research-institute.

我想问一下对于copy of birth certificate和copy of marriage certificate是不是只需经过公证，并翻译成德语就可以呀，还有就是我还需要提供其他的材料吗
