Study on body physiological pharmaceutical to make human healthy and live longer
人类要健康长寿就必须研究各机体生理制药
Anybody and anything has its structure of which the effect is the function. The function could be hindered if the structure is hindered. Over hindering would make the function collapse, even lost. On the contrary, recover the body, and recover its structure. If the structure had been recovered, its function would be recovered, ie. Extending life-span of the body. So do everybody and everything.
任何人、物都有结构，它的（用途）作用就是它的功能。如果对它的结构进行仰制，也就仰制了它的功能；过度的仰制也就瘫痪了它的功能；甚至使它失去功能。反之，恢复它，就要恢复它的结构，如果能恢复它的结构，也就恢复了它的功能，也就延长了它的寿命。人、物亦如此。
The body would be extremely fatigue in his thirties of forties. It could just be called “sub-healthy” if there is no evidence in evidence-based medicine. The reason is unknown why there is no therapy method but rest. And if there is no evidence in evidence-based medicine, there is no nothing to do only to continue watching when body organ failure to death. At present, the profit of biopharmaceutical has become water trickling.【1】Is the present biopharmaceutical proper? 【2】Or no medicine could therapy organ failure? Is there any theory to therapy organ failure?
当三、四十岁的人，身体疲劳无力，如果现在循证医学查无证据，只能命名为‘亚健康’，没有治疗方法，只能是休息；当身体器官衰竭奄奄一息时，如果现在循证医学查无证据，只能是继续观察。现在生物制药的利润以变成了涓涓水滴【1】。那现在的生物医学对吗【2】？现在没有治疗器官衰竭的药物，那有治疗器官生理衰竭的理念吗？
Fang Zhouzi: Western medicine, ie. modern medicine, is a kind of medical science which is the proper size to fit all. Since physics, chemistry and biological, all, are suitable for Chinese people, then why medicine science is not suitable?
方舟子：所谓西医，也就是现代医学，是医学科学，作为一门科学，就是放之四海而皆准的。既然物理、化学、生物学都适合中国人，为什么医学科学就不适合中国人呢？

Avoiding the weakness and developing the strength, and making the strength up for the weakness, a new uniform medicine system will be created. XuChao said: Human beings could not resist weakening. This study soon get “the Pass” in present view. Exactly speaking, scientists need to put the emphasis of the study on solving the important basic problems including understanding the weakening mechanism and learning the correlation relationship between disease and the weakening mechanism. Once this having been understood, we will be able to maintain the body health and extend the life-span through exact and test-stand technology.【3】

Britain neurologist Wojtek Rakowicz has shown that functional degradation in the gap of brain cells will impact greatly on human body. The small gap between the end of brain cells is called synaptic which is responsible for the delivery of information between cells while the number of cells is reducing with aging. 【4】
英国神经学家沃基特克?拉克威茨（Wojtek Rakowicz）表示，事实上大脑细胞之间缝隙的功能退化对人体造成的冲击最大。大脑细胞末端之间的这些微小缝隙被称为突触。突触的职责是在细胞数量随我们年龄变得越来越少的情况下，保证信息在细胞之间正常流动【4】。
So we can see weakening is caused due to the lost of information. Then what is information? Information is hormone secreted by endocrine system. The information determinates disease and aging of body. Now the first sentence in endocrine physiology chapter is that endocrine system and neurological system coordinate all kinds of body function and maintain inner environment of two biggest information delivering system. The information could guide people to learn the illustration of normal body and grasp the general direction of human disease treatment. Healing disease must follow body physiological functional regulation.【5】This is the centre idea of body physiological medicine and medicine science fit-all criteria. 【6】
由可见衰老是因‘信息’的丢失而造成的。那‘信息’是什么呢？‘信息’就是内分泌系统分泌的激素。可见它是什么决定人体疾病、衰老与否的。现在的生理学内分泌章第一句话：“内分泌系统和神经系统，是调节机体的各种功能，维持内环境稳定的两大信息传递系统”。它是对正常人体认识的阐述与对治疗人体疾病总的方向性的指导。它就是治疗疾病要遵循的人机体生理功能的规律【5】。这就是机体生理医药学的理念和放之四海而皆准的医学科学的标准【6】。
Is there physiological pharmaceutical for organism in Western Medicine? The answer is yes. That is hormone which could maintain inner environment steady to heal disease. The theory of hormone pharmaceutical is the centre idea of body physiological pharmaceutical. For example, hormone treats disease in lung and kidney, etc., insulin treats diabetes, hormone treats SARS. It is even the same situation that hormone treats EV71 enterovirus. These are treatments to heal disease through recovering and coordinating body physiological function. That is the practice of disease treatment using the idea of physiological pharmaceutical. And the success rate could reach as 100% so that can be called Science.

Is there therapy method for organism physiological function in Western Medicine? The answer is yes. For example, replacing a missing extremity (artificial limb, a type of prosthesis) using modern tech or allogenic(heart). This is normal therapy idea to recover body physiological structure. This is practice of physiological pharmaceutical idea. Also the success rate could reach as 100% so that can be called science.
现在西医有机体生理功能治疗的方法吗？有，如：用现代技术换一个人工的机体（如：假肢）、换一个异体（如：心脏）的或将来有可能换一个人兽基因的机体。这就是恢复机体功能正常的治疗理念的实践。这就能达到百分之百。但是这只能称得上是现代的医疗技术。
Is there organism physiological functional pharmaceutical now? The answer is yes. Part of Traditional Chinese Medicine heal the disease using recovering the function of organs (of the organism). So it is based on the idea of recovering body physiological function. In this view to discuss disease treatment, we should find the part of which organ get weakened, and heal it to make it recovered. Traditional Chinese Medicine is emphasized on the kind of medicine, entering into which part of body, to heal which part of body and take effect, ie. recovering physiological structure of which organ and the function of it. For example, “Strengthen Heart ”treats heart disease, which could release the heart and lift its fatigue, recover its physiological structure, then recover its function. This is therapy of heart. The heart failure therapy is not difficult as physiological structure of heart is relative simple. It takes effect if given therapy once or twice, and it will be recovered ten of twenty days later. Biopharmaceutical is the kind of pharmaceutical that could eradicate the symptoms caused by abnormal biological and inhibiting physiological abnormal structure, but not to recover and prolong body physiological structure. It also could not do anything with body physiological failure and weakness and the inflammation caused by failure. Human senescence mostly is the body physiological senescence, particularly during the human aging era. So healing human disease organism physiological aging can extend life span. On the other hand, combining above two points, biopharmaceutical could do greatly extend life span if healing the body using eradicate the symptoms caused by abnormal biological and recover body physiological structure. 生物制药是消灭生物与抑制生理结构异常的制药，没有恢复延长人机体生理结构的制药理念，它不能恢复机体的生理结构，所以它对人机体生理虚弱、衰竭和虚弱时的炎症是无能为力的。人的衰老是人机体生理的衰老，特别是人类进入老年化时代，治疗人机体生理衰老疾病，才能延长生命。如果以生物制药的消灭生物与恢复机体的生理结构的治疗，就可治疗人机体生理虚弱、衰竭和虚弱、衰竭时的炎症，就可大幅度的延长人类的生命。所以现在西医要有机体生理功能治疗和机体生理制药的理念。人类要健康长寿，就必须大力研究各机体的生理制药。
