关于与奥籍婚后的小孩在中国出生的出国手续及国籍办理手续

翻遍了所有的页面，没有找到相关的答案，只能再次麻烦请教了。

我与奥籍男子结婚，由于我的签证问题，我们的小孩需在中国出生，我知道小孩的国籍可以是奥籍。 我的问题是：

1》， 如果小孩出生后马上要返奥，那么办理的签证是探亲签证吗？还是更为简单？

2》， 办理小孩的奥国籍需要哪些文件手续？是在国内递交吧？需要多长时间？

另外，办理小孩国籍的时候，对我的老公的收入有没有要求？

和收入无关，出生后去奥地利驻中国使馆办理孩子国籍。
具体可以参考help.gv.at上面的奥地利人在外国的信息。

上去help.gv.at 仔细的查过，因为我只能看懂英文，我看了看好象只有适合是在奥地利国内出生的小孩的登记程序说明。

小孩出生后，带上孩子出生证，户口，你的户口，结婚证，孩子他爸的户口，国籍证明等到奥地利驻中国大使馆，或者领事馆去为孩子申请奥地利国籍证明(Staatsbürgerschagtsnachweis)，拿到后马上申请孩子的奥地利护照，然后到中国有关部门为孩子申请中国签证。

想再明确一下：
1》，申请奥地利国籍需要多长时间一般？ 是驻中国领事馆就可以签发的吗？还是文件需要送达奥地利批准？
2》，申请孩子的奥地利护照 也是在驻中国领事馆申请吗？还是需要孩子爸爸在奥地利办？
3》，申请中国签证: 到国内什么部门申请？

奥地利国籍证明和护照都由驻外机构颁发，具体需多少时间不太清楚，一般两三周应该拿到。
申请中国签证，应该到公安局吧。

我得到了奥地利驻上海领事馆的官方回复，放上来跟大家共享一下，希望对以后有此问题的朋友有所帮助

3>,marriage certificate of the parents (original)
4>,citizenship document of the Austrian parent (original)
5>,passport of the parent who is applying on behalf of the child (original)
6>,birth certificate or passport of the absent parent (copy or origninal)

关于护照和签证的申请奥地利驻上海领事馆回复如下：
as an Austrian citizen your child does not need a visa to enter Austria. You can apply for a passport on behalf of the child at the same time when applying for the citizenship document. Please find enclosed the application form as well as a required declaration that needs to be filled in on behalf of the child.
In addition to the documents listed in our last mail also provide two passport fotos of the child.
Please allow for six weeks for the issuing of the passport.
