    预设 写给自己教授的信

又看到了自己的这封信,那段时间,穷的都要去卖血了,等自己,走过来,除了感慨,只有感慨。Maybe this is so-called life making you crazy, making you happy!

    Philip,

I was saddened to read your email, but happy by the time I had finished. I wish you all success with the current company.

Please let me know when you are in the UK - perhaps we can meet up again. Also, let me have David's details.

    With all best wishes,

    Phil

    Dear Professor,

    This is philip.

It has been ages since our last talk. I hope everything has been going well for you. I was planning to write something to you but until now I start to write it down.

Life was quite tough for me in the past 1 year when I was in the UK. After finishing the dissertation, I moved to London for job-hunting. I thought it would be easier to find a job in London. However, it was not the case. After trying a lot, I failed everytime with recruiters' wishes : may you have every success in your career. I have been to netherlands to attend SHELL's recruitment. I went to Wales to attend Corus's assessment centre. I also visited Cambridge for TWI's graduate intake. No matter big companies or small private companies, I made innumerous application through the internet, mails and career exhibitions. To obtain a job, sometimes, I even asked for some recruiters for volunteer jobs. Being a free labour to get a little piece of experience is still not attractive for those companies. The life during that period was really miserable. The pressure of being jobless draged me almost crazy. The only faith for me to carry on applying is NEVER EVER EVER EVER GIVE UP!

You know, with the time being, I gradually lose my confidence. Being a foreigner who needs Work Permit and can not speak excellent English is rather difficult to compete with native speakers as well as other international students in the job market.

When I decided to go back to China and decided to give up, the offer arrived to my hand. It was 4 hours before I boarded my plane heading to China that I received the offer. It was my last day in UK that I got a job. You would not believe, at the last moment, I made it! I succeeded!
I have to say I am lucky. I have never expected I could make it at the last minute. Maybe this is so-called life making you crazy, making you happy.

I know, for Christmas, it is a joyful season while I complained my such experience to you.The purpose of writing to you is to say Merry Christmas & Happy New Year and also let you know I am very well. I hope you, Irfan, David and Sam are all having an exellent new year.

If I have a chance, I am really looking forward to meet with you some day in UK again.

    With my best wishes,

    philip.

    命运就是捉弄人啊,搞得你哭笑不得,最后关头的胜利让人感觉前面一切都是老天爷设下的圈套,就是看你能不能挺过去
