Datacomm and Broadband Product Technical Support Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
·Data Communication and Broadband project implementation, which includes installation and testing;
·Datacomm product maintenance and trouble shooting;
Requirements:
·University degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or above;
·knowledgeable in TCP/IP,ATM,PPP,Ethernet,Routing Protocol,Radius Protocol,and be familiar with the network equipment such as Dslams,Bras,Routers,Lanswitches
·Certificate of CCNP/CCIE will be an advantage;
·Ability to work independently or in teams and to build up good customer relations;
·Fluent in English(spoken and written);
