Bidding Manager
Summary:
You are responsible for the management of integrated or large-scale bidding projects, acting as the roles of both a bid team leader:
Key tasks / Responsibilities:
· To work with the account and product teams in order to manage timely responses to account opportunities.
· Organize and take part in pre-bid technical direction, respond to tender documents, produce bidding documents and locate and point out to team members any key issues with tender preparation.
· To understand the project timeline and develop a project plan to meet the relevant milestones on time and steer the team to successful completion.
· To prepare and present impressive bids/tenders which balance quality and profit across all sectors from initial receipt through tender adjudication, ensuring a competitive and cost-effective solution to meet customer’s requirements.
· Responsible for the requirement analysis, overall solution and the related bidding strategy analysis.
Competencies:
· Good understanding of state-of-the-art telecom technology and network structure.
· Sufficient project management knowledge and skill; effective communicator and organizer.
· Excellent oral and written English
· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
