When it is the time for the person who has Niederlassungsbewilligung (Schluesselkraft, Unselbstaendige Erwerbstaetigkeit Bei Simens) to apply for permenant residence (starting from issuing), 18 or 12 months later?
The person will automatically receive the information on collecting permenant residence or has to apply for it by himself?

According to your opinion, if always working, the person who has Niederlassungsbewilligung (Schluesselkraft, Unselbstaendige Erwerbstaetigkeit Bei eine Firma) can apply for the permenant residence 18 months later starting from issuing of the permenant residence.

Then, when it is the time for the person to apply for the nationality, 6 years later because of the Schluesselkraft?

Further, does the 6-year period start from issuing the Niederlassungsbewilligung or the permenant residence? From the Niederlassungsbewilligung?

I think, Dr. Chen has explained clearly before about the residence after possessing 18 months key person NB. (Probably you can try to make one archeo-investigation in the sub-forum)
In Austria, now it is no so-called permanent residence but long term 5-year residence and after this 18 months you might apply for the 5-year long term residence provided that you still have one decent job.
Also, if I undstood right, as one key person for 6 years, you will have the right or possibility to apply for the nationality, but which is up to quota as well.
Any further comments from Dr. Chen and others is very welcome and hopefully lets make it more clearly!

How difficult it is for a key person to obtain the nationality after 6 years nowdays in Austria?

How long for a person who is a north American citizenship to apply for a Austrian nationality?

Your understand is right and they will count from the 1st day when you have the key person NB, and then I think about the difficulties which are directly related with the quota and the migration policy at that time. Additionally, I am still wondering why you need to apply for one nationality after obtaining one long-term residence, for you must give up chinese nationality after getting Austria one. Actually, long-term residence is enough and you can easily shift work to the whole EU except UK, Denmark, and Switzerland probably.

As to the superiority of having one US citizenship, it is nothing with respect to application of any EU nationality.
