(1) 做为关键人才在18个月之内更换单位，须重新按照规定程序审核. If one is successful for a new 关键人才 visa, the residence period can be added together.
(2) What happens on visa type (关键人才) when changing the job after 18 months?
(3) What is the minimun time to keep 关键人才 visa for applying a permanent residence card.

(2) What happens on visa type (关键人才) when changing the job after 18 months? /如果首先申请工作许可，可转成无限制定居居留。
(3) What is the minimun time to keep 关键人才 visa for applying a permanent residence card./18个月。

I still have some further questions:

(1) Does 2340 euro refer to netto or brutto?
(2) Is it sure to for a person to get the permenant residence card after 18 month if the previous or new work contract will still run a longer time?
(3) As soon as getting the permenant residence card, a person is free to search for a new job of any type?
(4) Is a person allowed to work in a European union country with the permenant residence card?
(5) What are the regulations to maintain the permenant residence? Or, the minimum time for a person to stay in Austria within every 5 years in case of leaving for a time.
(6) When is the earliest time to apply for the nationality after obtaining the permenant residence card?
(7) What are the main differences and benifits between permenant residence and nationality, such as job searching, unemployment, baby benefit, studying, training, medical service, insurance, renting geminde wohnung, buying a house, etc. (except election right).

Sorry for too many questions, but not any more. At my heart you seem to be an expert in an Immigration Section!
