Finance Specialist

Our business is growing and we are looking to expand our team with a Finance Specialist. Your Mission

Check and archive appending fees , commercial contracts and corresponding attachments
Timely communicate with local Merchandise business control team to solve problems. Formalize the appending fee check results by Excel reports
Participate to the accounting monthly closing.
Assist merchandise departments and local Merchandise Business control departments to solve the problems regarding to supplier finance, especially communicate closely with Legal, accounting, IT departments, etc.
Provide the contracts and appending fees according to the request from other departments, timely and correctly follow and record the documents hand over process

Your Profile

Have working experience in finance department, preference for business control/financial analysis profile and/or in retail industry.
Have a Bachelor degree major in Finance
Ability to work efficiently under time-pressure
Perfect MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
Very good communication and data analysis skills
Fluent German and Chinese is a must.
