如果是在中国签的，那合同上应该写的是“如果双方无异议，合同自动续期”。如果没写第一个条件，那是霸王条款。
这份合同是在这边签的，原话是“the agreement will be automatically terminated at the end of the second semester and a new agreement must be signed as per academic year."
