请教陈博士及在维也纳大学学习的各位

大家好，有一些疑问请解答，谢谢。我在注册邮箱中似乎收到了维也纳大学的博士录取通知书，但不是十分肯定，原因是如下：
1.邮件标题是information/admission letter，发自之前也联系过的维大admission office一位工作人员的邮箱；全文如下：
XX，
You have applied for a Study programme at the University of Vienna.
This application is positive.

Please find attached the positive admission letter.
The admission letter is generated electronically and carries the official digital signature.
Therefore the document is valid without signature and stamps and can be presented to all authorities

If you have submitted original documents they will be returned to you by registered mail.

Please find attached all information on the further steps of the admission procedure on the supplementary sheet.
2.2份电子文件中一份是全德文的（有我的姓名），我请2个德语老师看过，1位意见确定是录取通知书，另1位说只是说收到我的申请（主要内容请见图片）。

另1份电子文件是德英文对照的（没有我的姓名，似乎是模版文件），说明注册期限、携带证件、缴费情况等。
但邮件正文及2份文件都没有提及我的录取细节，比如导师姓名、学制、方向、具体的缴费金额。是否在纸质版的录取通知书上会有？目前还没收到纸质版的。

是录取通知说。上面只是说，如果到你来之前在录取方面政策有改变，那么你也要符合新的政策才能被录取。
