So, if you are invited for AC, then, congratulations. you might get chance to get a proper job.

Nowadays, more and more big firms adpot this kind of tests to find suitable candidates for them. With regard of AC itself, it comprises of Competence interview, technical interview, presentation and group discussion. So, it is quite hard to pass through the AC first time without any preparation.

AC是一种人才招聘，同时也能运用于对于领导或员工的评估的方法，通常由好几个被招聘人一同进行，持续时间可以好几天，当然也有只对一个被招聘人进行的AC，这种特殊的形式一般是用于招聘公司领导，决策层的人员。好处在于对于那些慢热的品性也能够有所了解，同时也营造了一个比较真实的环境因素。但是要做好向被招聘人或被评估人的反馈的工作，即使他们没有通过，也需要告知为什么。还有一个缺点就是要是在公司内部进行评估用AC的话，要考虑到同事之间的竞争，这不利于公司的发展。
