我家的快6个月了，以前我妈妈很少给她爬着，现在把她爬在那里，头只能抬一下，很快就垂下去了，还有2只小手不知道放在前面，好像游泳一样放在2边，小脚一直踢，，
还有，，有朋友跟我说，他家BB3个月就会翻身 了，可是我家的就2，3个星期前翻了一次身，然后到现在也不会翻。。。
她也很少笑出声音来

嘿嘿。。。没关系的！每个孩子的生长发育情况都是不一样的！！不能因为人家宝宝3个月就会翻身了，就拿来跟自己的宝宝作比较！如果按你所说的慢一拍，那我家的那个小家伙也一样啊，他7个月时候才会翻身呢，快一岁的时候才张第一颗牙。。。至于你要宝宝笑出声音来，这也是急不来的，等她再大一点再懂一点的时候，自然而然就会哈哈大笑啦！
别着急呢，只要孩子吃喝拉撒睡都好！精神好！就一切都好！孩子是不会作假的，只要有什么不舒服，他们都会通过一些方式表达出来让父母知道！再说你每个月都会去KA那里作例行检查，医生也会告诉你是否一切正常！

你给她前面吊个吸引她的玩具，这样她会抬头看，然后每天给她趴趴，没事儿就趴着放那儿，过段时间抬头时间就会越来越长
翻身3个月那是个例，大部分宝宝得6，7个月才会，我家9个月才翻，你看他现在活动多利索
这种东西，每个宝宝有自己时间的，反正到了时候自己就会了，就算现在早点，到了一定时间大家就都一样了，没啥特别的

我家宝宝就是3个月会翻身的，8个来月的时候扶着她能走老快了:14: 不过她就是好严肃，很难逗她大笑，她得看心情，心情好才笑几声给你听
我家的2个月了，正在给她练习翻身加爬，但是她就喜欢蹬腿站着，站得还挺有劲，动不动还抬腿走两步，但是我妈说不能这么早给她走路，容易长成罗圈腿。
至于笑，她从生下来就没事偷着乐，喝个奶也乐，就是不出声的那种乐，出声的还没听到过。
我家从来没有大人扶着走过
一直到13，4个月才自己撒手开始走的，15－17个月在国内都会跑了
朋友家孩子也是很早就翻身，8个多月就要扶着走，现在差不多16，7个月
我妈说，走路跟我们那时候在国内没法比
所以，这些事情不讲究早晚，关键是让宝宝自己掌握时间，只有他自己知道什么时候他才真的准备好要进入下一阶段了
