咨询:TU Wien的Informatik的排名!

跟一些奥国朋友和中国同学们闲聊,得知奥地利学Informatik最理想的地方是TU Graz,而TU Wien的Informatik专业只能排到第2或3位.但在世界各大学计算机专业排名中TU Wien的Informatik专业能排到前100名等等!
这些说法都没有太多根据,不知那位朋友能给个详细的说法!

至少遥遥领先于北大清华~~~

8月份看到TU Graz是 NO。1

看这些排名没什么用，除了美国的校友会有些资源优势以外，其他国家，特别是欧洲，在更重视个人素质的今天，这种学校之间的细微差别可以忽略不计了。

在找工作的时候tu graz 和tu wien 之间没有任何区别

kamikaze同学说的有道理,但是一个优秀的大学为个人素质的培养创造的是良好的氛围,TU Wien 比 TU Graz好多少,我不清楚,但是两个大学的毕业生的素质肯定有差别!

但是具体到你个人就完全看你自己了。正态分布不会在个体上出现的

这样的排名没什么意思。我认识的TU INFO专业的，很多在西门子，都工作十几年了，没车没房，混的可真是凄惨哦。还真的有人整天操心什么排名之类的。哎，很在乎这些虚伪的东西的人，能有什么大作为吗？

学技术的最主要还是看个人修为，就业的时候学校的排名是带不来什么好处的。

净扯些没用的.奥地利这鸟不那个啥的地方.又不是MIT.

那你还在这个不拉屎的地方干什么，赶紧走，别在这里喷

TU WIEN 还是GRAZ，只要你能毕业，素质一定不会很差的：）找个工作没问题的！

排名高只能说明可利用资源更丰富,能充分利用这些更有利的条件才能做的比别人好,每个人学的程度不同,只能说大家同样努力的情况下排名好的学校学生略有优势,但不是胜势.

学得很糟糕啊!不然的话早就拿A.M turing award 了吖!

楼上几个看来真是学理论学成书虫了,呵呵,一个名字叫图灵,一个叫操作的..也许后面还有语义学几个字吧...看来大家确实是读大学的,而且估计都在学所谓理论计算机这门无聊透顶但却比较考究智力的课程

我以前就是在德国一个不错的大学毕业,毕业成绩1,7,毕业学期7个学期,属于我们同期最快的几个人之一,而我当时那个学校在德国计算机专业前5之内,而理论计算机这门课程每次通过比例不超过2成

毕业转眼6年了,换了4家企业了,除了一家外都是跨国公司,感觉如下
1当初注意的学位考试分数,什么学校毕业都根本不重要,选修的课程是什么也根本不重要
2语言,德语和英语非常重要,尤其是面试中的表达能力
3找第一份工作时候,毕业论文题目和分数非常重要,以后再找,那么你的前几份工作经验非常重要
4工作以后的发展,性格和交往能力比语言能力更加重要
以上几点
希望对计算机的学弟学妹将来求职有用处

还有一点,因为德语区大学入学条件的获得基本和大学本身研究成果排位无关
而一般的德语区大学所谓硕士生其实因为除了最后一年的大小论文和实习外,其他时间基本以理论学习和参加被授课为主,相对而言参与研究时间比较少,所以各个大学真的没什么区别

不知在德国上学FH是否更受欢引，我有同学去了FH Hannvoer，两年就毕业了，现在在华维当技术总监，不知道是不是吹牛皮！

Klagenfurt’s Informatics Institutes Top of the League


In the current CHE league tables for Germany, Switzerland and Austria degree studies in informatics from the Klagenfurt University of are to be found among the leading institutions.

The results of the rankings conducted at the end of 2005 in all universities and Universities of Applied Sciences in German-speaking countries have just been published. The Centre for University Development (CHE) together with the German daily newspaper “Die Zeit” asked students and teaching staff from 280 tertiary education institutions for their opinions, adding further figures on the size of the institutions and their research budgets.
The methods used to create such rankings come in for regular criticism as they often only rate snapshots of situations, which are in themselves often hard to compare. The CHE Ranking is, however, a broadly recognised procedure which adopts a multi-layered approach to the comparison of the degree courses on offer in the German-speaking university world. Thus a more detailed analysis of the results is necessary in order to interpret the results correctly.
This close inspection reveals that the Klagenfurt University has produced an excellent result: 18 assessment criteria have been evaluated, and in ten of those Klagenfurt’s informatics studies are in the leading group, in 6 further categories in the middle group, and in only 2 categories in the bottom group. The latter concerns the momentary technical status of the equipment in the students’ workplaces. These will, however, be completely renewed in the coming months, using funds from the infrastructure programme.
Number One among the Austrian universities
Informatics studies in Klagenfurt are the undisputed number one when the Austrian universities are compared / in an Austria-wide comparison. If the criteria for degree-course satisfaction and relevance on the job market are taken as the basis then Klagenfurt even takes first place among all 81 informatics degree programmes at German-speaking universities. Even when other criteria are taken into account, Klagenfurt is still placed among the leading ten universities, always in good company with such renowned strongholds of computer science as the Technical Universities of Munich and Darmstadt, or the Universities of Karlsruhe, Saarbrücken and Paderborn.
Hurried, early evaluations of the results have given the Austrian universities as a whole a generally negative result. The Klagenfurt University is in complete agreement with the Austrian Rectors Conference in wishing for a closer and more precise analysis of the results. Heinrich C. Mayr, Klagenfurt’s Rector, and himself a professor of business informatics, was particularly delighted with this latest ranking result: “As we see, in the South of Austria we quite clearly have a university of the highest quality.” Klagenfurt University also achieved an excellent position in the previous year’s (2005) CHE ranking for Economics and Business Studies programmes.
„IT Campus Carinthia“
Informatics in Klagenfurt is currently home to approximately 1000 students and the institutes are actively involved in an extensive programme of expansion. The university is fostering student and graduate development in cooperation – under the overall brand name of “IT-Campus Kärnten” with the FH Technikum Kärnten (Carinthia University of Applied Sciences) and the Lakeside Science & Technology Park.
