Job location:
This position will be based in Vienna, Austria.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proceed Engineering documentation/ acceptance report from subcontractors;
- Proceed purchase request or material request by using Huawei system
- Report to documentation team daily and weekly
- Work closely with project team on issues related to document concerned, and will, when required, assist project members in meetings with the client on document issues.
- Responsible to organize the project team or function modules and provide qualified document deliveries
- Other related work
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English, Chinese is preferable
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year document related work experience.
- Responsible and structured.
- Background in telecommunication industrial and International experience is an advantage
- Good organizing and cooperating skills, good team work
- Good knowledge about the requirement and expectation of telecommunication operator, familiar with the structure and content of telecommunication document system.
