There is a two-room new apartment furnished with one shower room, one WC, one Ketching room, and so on, on 4th floor with a lift, 100 meter away from U-Bahn Zippererstrasse wit all typesof supermarkets.
One room with Landlord's child-son only sleeping during 22:00-7:00.
The other room (12 m2) for renting at 260 euro per month, very quiet, sunning and nice.
The only thing is that the landlord could not help you with your residence registration.
