请问，申请维也纳大学，需要学士学位认证，想请教有经验的朋友，国内的学位具体怎么认证？
我已经在奥地利读了一个硕士学位，还需要在过APS审核吗？

下面是我在大学网页上看到的，1）教育部认证，2）外交部认证，3）使馆认证，4）还要APS
其中教育部认证是什么？有国内颁发的学历学位证书是不是就算是教育部认证了？

Applicants with documents issued in China, who finished at least one semester of a study programme in China, have to present a certificate from the Academic Evaluation Centre (Akademische Prüfungsstelle - APS) of the German Embassy additionally to their legalised documents.

是啊，我在尝试和维也纳大学交涉，看看是不是可以不用审核部审核，但对方回复并不乐观。

我想读cognitive science 硕士学位。

选择了上网求助，不妨把自己的情况说详细一些！

你已经有了奥地利硕士学历，那么你之前是怎么申请上读这个硕士的，应该已经做过一次本科认证或APS审核了吧，否则那个时候奥地利大学怎么能让你入学呢。

此外，你完全可以用自己目前所拥有的奥地利学位再申请其它的学习项目即可。即便是跨专业的话，也许只会要求你补一部分其它的必修课程，会在录取通知上写清楚你需要补哪些的。

以前申请的时候学校还不要求APS（2008年），只要求本科认证及成绩单等。但当时的认证原文件已经交给使馆，并没有退还原件。目前我只有复印件。

询问维也纳大学的结果还是需要本科认证原件+APS认证。现在和学校沟通中。Kafkaesque...
