急问！关于跟留学中介的合同

由于第一年刚过来什么都不懂，稀里糊涂跟留学中介签了第一年合同，现在面临签第二年合同，但第一年的合同说明到期时自动续签，如果不想续签，应该怎么做。

如果是在中国签的，那合同上应该写的是“如果双方无异议，合同自动续期”。如果没写第一个条件，那是霸王条款。
