由于房东临时变动，需要在TU Wien附近或者U-bahn沿线长期租住一间房（or独门独户），价格在350以内，全包，可以报户口，签合同。另如果有打算长期在wien工作或学习的人，也可以考虑同租一套两居室，本人男，有工作居留，无任何不良嗜好，生活简单规律，TU和家两点一线。如感兴趣的朋友，请站内联系或者拨打0676 3829718。
