如题,从现在开始试卖,有效期到明年四月份.可以分散时间住，不必须一次性连续住完，非常灵活机动，共32天~~~地理位置相当好，可以走路去使馆区几分钟，走路去三元桥燕莎友谊商城也就20分钟。酒店是5星的，卖的是里面66平米大小的高级开间客房房型，不包早餐。携程E龙价格是488RMB一天。

价格：现在欧元一直跌，真是超值了~~~

走路去使馆区几分钟，走路去三元桥燕莎友谊商城20分钟。酒店是5星的，卖的是里面66平米大小的高级开间客房房型。房间里面有厨房,洗衣机,卫浴,客厅,餐厅,大床房(200X200),共66平米套间,尤其适合一家三口出游或者商务访问。具体图片可以去携程艺龙自行查看。



很多朋友咨询的付款方式的问题，现在统一解答如下：


提前1~2周通知我确切的入住日期（圣诞节需要提前三个星期因为这个66平米房型比较紧俏）。在维也纳支付20%的订金，（如：住一天需要支付6欧的定金）。中国人需要提供姓名，身份证号码和Email地址，外国人需要提供姓名，护照号码和Email地址。入住后立刻补交80%余款,如果没有网上银行的可以叫在维也纳的朋友代交.
