材料:BUTTER 80G,糖65G,面粉60-80G,鸡蛋1个,蛋黄1个,可可粉15G
1,首先BUTTER室温放软,加糖,搅拌

第一份做果仁的
面团还是有点湿湿的,继续加点面粉,手拌

面团还是湿湿的,加可可份,陆续加面粉,手拌
重点:一定要加面粉,手拌到完全不沾手,而且还成一团面团为之最好,否则稍微有点湿,烤的时候都会烤出BUTTER水出来的,影响效果
