Zu Ihren Fragen möchte ich Ihnen folgendes mitteilen:

1. Frage:
Sie können mit Ihrem Visum sich bis zu 3 Monaten im EU-Raum aufhalten.

2. Frage:
Zu dieser Frage kann ich Ihnen leider keine Auskunft geben.

3. Frage:
Sie müssen den Antrag für Ihr neues Visum bis spätestens 15. September 2007 bei uns stellen.

Sehr geehrte Frau Hoffmann:
Ich bin eine Chinesische Studentin in x. Ich habe einige Frage. .
1, Mit meinem Studenten Visum darf ich nach Irland in der kommende Sommer Ferien einige Tage Reise machen?
Soll ich noch mal in Irlandische Botschaft die Visum beantragen oder muss ich nicht?
2, Das ist mein erste Jahr in Österreich, soll ich mal zu unserer chinesisch Botschaft mich anmelden oder?

3, Mein Visum ist gültig bis zum 5,10,2007. Wenn ich diese Sommer nach China oder Irland fliegen, fliege ich dann vielleicht etwas später, sowie kurz vor der gültig tag. ZB. 1.10. darf ich noch die visum verlänge oder muss ich vorher Visum verlänge? Ich weiß nicht, ob es eine Zeitraum gibt, die ich in der innen Visum verlänge muss. Ich habe mal gehört in Frankreich muss in dem letzten monate vor der 3 monate Frist Visum verlänge, aber ich weiß nicht, ob in Österreich auch so, oder gibt noch andere Regel.
4, wenn andere Regel gibt können sie mir mal die schreiben?

Das heißt ohne andere Visum dürfen wir in der EU-raum 3 monate aufhalten!!!
egal Irland oder wo, die EU gehört.

问题是那些海关的警察懂不懂。去ungarn，tschechen 等等有人试过吗？

这是规定的 管他们懂不懂！
他们自己的规定 他们不知道难道要我们付出代价？
难道他们的一句不知道 就能让我们失去自己应有的权力？
这到哪都行得通的！！ 要不 为什么组成欧盟？方便旅游！经济。。。。。。

据说 中国不允许自己的公民拥有双重国籍 所以他应该只是奥国籍 可是可笑的是 我认识的台湾人 居然拿着所谓的台湾籍还有奥国籍

台湾人 好像外面都是把他们和中国人分开的！他们叫中华民国公民 （似乎是的）

是中国人，可是法律只认证件不认人。没办法，没有奥籍在奥地利有很多不方便。还有觉得这样以后找工作可能好一点。
