昨天有朋友来家里玩,做了pizza吃,因为我比较喜欢Salami的味道,而朋友喜欢Hawaii,所以一次做了两种口味的。吃起来好过瘾的。


pizza 的面饼材料:
500g 面粉
1 茶匙 盐
1 小挫糖(用手捏一挫就可以了)
大约30g 鲜酵母
约100g的橄榄油
大约1/4的温水。

面粉和盐用滤网筛过,把酵母捏碎,和温水及糖混合,静放5分钟。再把酵母水及其它配料和到面里。 和面,和面,和面。。。

然后在撒好布面的工作台上在用力和大概10分钟。把装面的面盆用热水洗干净,擦干后,稍微撒上一层的面粉。然后把面和成一陀后放会面盆,上面用刀划几下,便于更好的发酵。

盆上盖一块干净的布,在温暖的地方大概发酵1个小时左右。发酵好的面差不多要原来2倍的大小。

面发酵好后,在撒好面的工作台上在用力和差不多10分钟。然后切出适当的大小,然后揉成圆饼型。放到烤盘上,

薄薄的涂一层番茄酱或者脱皮的罐装番茄(罐装番茄需要把汁控掉,要那种已经切成细小块的)。

入烤箱。

真正的意大利pizza会在最后撒上一点橄榄油,这个我没有,所以就省了。
在烤箱200度大概要20分钟,这个论烤箱而定的。你看面差不多烤金黄的,奶酪也化了就好了。:28:

我很早以前也自己做过。。。。最后面饼都扔掉了 太硬
只把上面那些料吃掉了

只要面饼和软一点就好了啊,但是我比较喜欢吃硬的。
