2004年，凯迪拉克这一百年品牌被正式引进中国，并随即推出了CTS豪华轿车。过了不到一年，凯迪拉克的另一款车型——SRX正式面世，并于2005年6月正式在国内上市。这是一款全时四驱的豪华SUV (http://auto.qq.com/zhuant/suv.htm)车型，集凯迪拉克品牌的创新性和技术性于一身，也让消费者看到了凯迪拉克品牌的多元化。

外形方面，凯迪拉克贯有的超大型进气格栅、方形头灯等设计元素均予以保留，锋利的线条感从SRX的车身前部一直延伸到车身后部，在张扬中闪现出一种运动、流畅的感觉。

内饰的表面采取了粗颗粒的材质，而且大部分能够接触到的地方都进行了软化处理。而超级全景天窗也许是对消费者最具吸引力的地方。

4.95米长的车身虽然在美国人眼里还算不上全尺寸的SUV，但他却足以容纳三排座椅了。其座椅的剧院式设计使每排座椅的乘员都能欣赏到前方的风景。不过因为座椅位置较高，头枕的体积大，当后排坐上乘员之后，视野就显得比较狭小。

前后座各配置了一个DVD，欣赏节目时，后排的乘客戴上耳机，可以与前排互不干扰。前排7英寸液晶显示屏同一套BOSE的6碟DVD8喇叭娱乐系统相连接，此外它还是一个卫星导航系统。

遗憾的是由于行李舱地板较高，导致第三排座位必须设计得非常矮小，对于成年人不会太舒服。不过可以在这里固定儿童专用座，固定装置是标准装备。

『第三排座椅可电动折叠过程』

如果需要装载大件行李，第三排座椅的电动折叠功能就会方便地派上用场。你不需要耗费更多的力气，或是经常蹭脏你的衣角，你只要按住一个按钮等上半分钟，整排座椅就会消失，取而代之的是0.9立方米的平整储物空间。如果仍嫌不够大，还可折叠第二排座椅，从而获得高达1.9立方米的容积。
