请问，申请维也纳大学，需要学士学位认证，想请教有经验的朋友，国内的学位具体怎么认证？
我已经在奥地利读了一个硕士学位，还需要在过APS审核吗？
下面是我在大学网页上看到的，1）教育部认证，2）外交部认证，3）使馆认证，4）还要APS
其中教育部认证是什么？有国内颁发的学历学位证书是不是就算是教育部认证了？
